SHIPPING POLICY
At Emory Fig, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other issues outside of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally.
Estimated international delivery time is 8 to 12 business days after processing.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Emory Fig is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first for the most accurate updates.
